COVID-19 Information for our Customers

At Bull Run Pharmacy, the health and well-being of our customers, associates, and communities is our top priority. We understand the concern and uncertainty you may be experiencing surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19) and are committed to being responsive to the needs of our customers and associates as the situation evolves.


            Based on current COVID-19 outbreak and continued spread of the virus, we are implementing some Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) protocols among our staff to slow or prevent potential spread of the virus. Please do not be alarmed or concerned at the additional protective equipment we are wearing, none of us here at the pharmacy showed any signs or symptoms of any illness. These measures are implemented purely as precautionary measures. We are also taking measure to clean all surfaces in the store, according to CDC and WHO guidelines. We have implemented Mandatory Mask Requirement and social distancing in side the store at all times. 


            In addition to above precautions, we are requesting patients with any signs or symptoms to call us, instead of coming to store either from parking lot or from home. You can also use email, Facebook or google to message us directly. You can use our Free contact-less Home Delivery or Contactless Curbside pickup services, if you are observing self-quarantine or have concerns coming into the store.
